Ingredients for Biscuit:
- 5 eggs
- 7 oz - 200 g sugar
- 7 oz - 200 g self-raising flour
How to make Biscuit:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat with an electric whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy mass and volume quadrupled. (About 10min)
The mass should now be quite sturdy.
Sift over self-raising flour and stir until the mixture is well combined
Stir from the bottom upwards till you see no more flour.
No more stir than necessary!
Grease the cake pan at the edges upward and flour it.
Spoon the biscuit dough into cake pan en put it in the oven.
Bake for 45 min at 180°C - 356°F.
Prick with a needle in the dough, if no dough sticks to, the biscuit is ready.
