Ingredients for Chicken Curry with green Beans :
- 10 oz - 300 g of unpolished rice
- 17oz - 500g g green beans
- 17 oz - 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 cup - 240 ml of coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- ½ red peppers
- 1 tsp cornstarch
How do make Chicken Curry with green Beans:
Clean the beans and cut them in half.
Cook them for about 10 minutes until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
Boil the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little oil until they are translucent.
Add the herbs.
Crush the look and add it.
Add the chicken cubes and fry them.
Pour the coconut milk and let it boil for a moment.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water. Add it little by little until you reach the desired thickness.
Cut the spring onion into slices and add them together with the beans.
Stir well and warm up again.
Spoon some rice on a plate and add the chicken curry sauce.
Garnish with fresh coriander
