Ingredients for Corn Soup:

serves 6:

- 1 onions, chopped

- 1 chicken filet

- 1 pepper, chopped

- 1 can (12 ounce, 425 gr) whole kernel corn

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 4ΒΌ cp ( 1 l) water

- Salt and pepper


In a large pot over medium heat, combine the onion, garlic, sweet red pepper and olive oil.

Saute for about 5 minutes, or until onions are tender.

Add the water, chickenfilet and corn.

Bring the water to a boil, and simmer for 15 more.

Remove chicken pieces from water and cut into bite sized pieces.

Transfer to a blender and whiz until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with the chicken pieces.
