Ingredients for Melon with Parma ham:
- 1 ripe honeydew melon, deseeded and sliced
- 12 thin slices of Parma ham
How to make Melon with Parma ham:
Cut melon in half, remove seeds and cut away rind. Cut into cubes (about 1.5” - 3cm)
Cut ham slices in half and wrap each melon cube with ham.
Season with ground pepper if you like.
Use toothpicks to hold ham in place.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
