Mussels with Boursin

Ingrediënts for Mussels with Boursin:

(serves 2)

 - 1 kg (4 lb) fresh mussels, cleaned

 - 1 dribble of oil

 - 2 shallots, chopped

 - 125 ml (½ cup) white wine

 - 245 g (1 container) of Boursin® Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs

 - Chopped chives, to taste

How to make Mussels with Boursin:

In a large saucepan, brown green onions in the dribble of oil at medium heat.

Deglaze with white wine and reduce to half.

Pour Boursin® Cuisine in the pan and stir until smooth.

Add mussels and cover.

Continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally to mix sauce and mussels.

Stop cooking and serve immediately.

Sprinkle with chopped chives.
