Ingredients for Prawns with Bacon:

serves 4:

 - 8 thin slices of Bacon

 - 8 prawn tails

 - freshly ground pepper

How to make Prawns with Bacon:

After removing their shells and intestinal tracts, wash the prawns, dry them, and wrap them in slices of bacon.

Thread each wrapped prawns  onto a skewer.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while you prepare the prawns (to prevent burning).

Toast the bread at 356 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 5 à 6 minutes.
