Rice pudding     

Ingredients for Rice Pudding:

    - 100 gr (3½ oz) rice

    - 1 l (4¼ cups) milk

    - 70 gr ( 2½ oz) granulated sugar

    - 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make Rice Pudding:

In a large saucepan, bring rice and milk to the boil.

Add sugar and simmer for about  1 hour.

Stir occasionally to prevent rice catching on saucepan base.

Add more milk if rice has thickened too much.

Add vanilla and if needen more sugar.
