Ingredients for Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
- 24 oz - 675g fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ freshly blach ground pepper
- ½ salt
How to make Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
Preheat oven to 356°F - 180°C.
Trim the end of the Brussel sprouts and remove the yellow leaves.
Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, ground pepper and salt in a bowl en mix well.
Pour into a baking sheet, cover with tin foil and place in the center of the oven.
Roast for 30 - 40 min, shaking frequently for even browning.
For the last 10 min of cooking remove tin foil from Brussels Sprout.
Reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning.
Brussels Sprout should be light brown, well done.
Adjust seasoning with salt and ground pepper, if necessary.
