Ingredients for Bacon & Onion Quiche:
- 250 gr - 9 oz Bacon cut into strips
- 1 ready made mille-feuille-dough
- 2 medium onions cut into slices
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp chopped chives
- 180 ml - 0,75 cup cream
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- salt and pepper
How to make Bacon & Onion Quiche:
Sautee onions in a pan with butter.
Add bacon and sautee.
Season with salt, pepper and chives.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix eggs and cream.
Roll out mille-feuille-dough and put into buttered form.
Add onion bacon filling and the cream mix.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius - 356°F for 20 minutes.
