Spinach Quiche

Ingredients for Spinach Quiche:

    serves 4

 - 1 (10 ounce - 250g ) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

 - 1 ready made mille-feuille-dough

 - 1 onion, chopped

 - 4 tbsp butter

 - 180 ml - 0,75 cup  cream

 - 6 eggs

 - 1½ cups - 350g shredded Muenster ( Munster) cheese

 - salt and pepper

How to make Spinach Quiche:

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the onions are soft.

Preheat oven to 350°F -175°C

Combine eggs, cheese and cream in a large bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out mille-feuille-dough and put into buttered form.

Add the baked onion  and the eggs mix.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until center has set.
