"In the United States, you no longer have to tell that a person can pamper himself from time to time. They have a reputation for irresistible culinary calorie bombs. The typical American brownies are a good example of this. You probably know them, the dark brown, soft and at the same time hefty pastries with an intense chocolate taste!"

How to make Brownies:
Put a saucepan with water over medium heat. Bring water to the boiling point and then dipping a second pan in the warm water. Break the chocolate into pieces and cut the cold butter into cubes. Melt the butter and the chocolate gently in the the bain-marie. Take the mixing bowl of a food processor and break the eggs in it. Add the sugar and turn the blender on medium speed and beat until fluffy and frothy mass. Stir in between in the melting chocolate with butter. Meanwhile, take a mixing bowl and place a sieve over. Sieve the weighed quantity of flour, along with the cocoa powder and the baking powder. Pour the mixture off melted chocolate with butter in the whipped eggs. Also add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Let briefly mix in the food processor. Preheat the oven at 356°F - 180°C. Take a baking dish and butter the bottom and edges. Cover the bottom and the edges of a sheet of parchment paper. The butter will ensure that the paper sticks to the bowl. Pour the chocolate mixture into the baking dish. Smooth the surface. Bake the batter about 20 minutes at 356°C - 180 ° C. After baking the cake will still be a little hole.
