Cheese Soufflé

How do you make a cheese soufflé? You can make a cheese soufflé simple with our delicious recipe. You can of course also make tasty mini cheese soufflés for the bitter garnish. And, the soufflé is of course vegetarian, fresh and homemade.
Ingredients for Cheese Soufflés:
1 oz - 30 g margarine
1 oz - 30 g flour
10 fl. oz. - 3 dl of milk
salt
pepper
nutmeg
3 eggs
3½ oz - 100 g grated cheese
How to make Cheese Soufflés:
Preheat oven at 392°F - 200°C
Melt the butter in a saucepan. In the meantime, butter ramekins.
Add the flour to the melted butter and stir well until you have formed a fragrant roux.
Measure the amount of milk and pour into the roux.
Continue to stir patiently with a whisk until the sauce simmers and binds into a firm bechamel sauce.
Weigh 80 g cheese and set aside.Sprinkle some grated cheese in the buttered souffle bowls until the cheese is nicely spread over the bottom and the edge. Add the weighed cheese to the bechamel sauce. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.Separate the proteins from the egg yolks. Add the egg yolks to the cheese mixture immediately. Place the egg whites in a separate bowl and beat until fluffy.First stir the egg yolks under the cheese mixture. Afterwards add the egg whites and mix it gently so that you get a light cheese mixture.
Put the ramekins in the preheated oven and leave them in for about 25 minutes. Attention: do not open the oven, because the soufflés will collapse!
