Mango Quacamole

Do you want to try a new version of the guacamole? Then add pieces of fresh mango for the perfect taste sensation. Guacamole is a creamy avocado dip that you can eat with many different dishes.
A delicious guacamole that is sweet, tangy, and, like any good Mexican guacamole, spicy.
It goes perfectly with tacos but also with a juicy piece of meat.
Ingredients for Mango Quacamole:
- 3 ripe advocados, peeled pitted and mashed
- 2 ripe mango, diced
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ diced red onion
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- ¼ lime, juiced
- ½ habanero pepper
- Salt and pepper
How to make Quacamole:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the fleshy part. Mash until it has a smooth consistency.
Peel the mango and cut into bite-sized chunks.
Cut the habanero in half, for a super-hot flavor, keep the seeds otherwise scoop out the seeds and chop into small pieces.
Gently combine all ingredients, chill for 15 minutes and serve.
Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
