Marshmallow Chocolate in a Mug

4 tablespoons all purpose flour

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolade chips

¼ tsp baking powder

How to make

Into a small bowl mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil.

Pour mixture into a regular sized coffee mug. Drop caramels into center of mixture one at a time.

Every microwave is a little different so cooking times will vary a little bit. Like I mentioned I like my cake ooey and gooey, no dry cake for me! I recommend starting with a low microwave time (on high for 40 sec) and microwaving in additional 10 second increments until it’s cooked through.

Add marshmallows and warm up just five seconds (just to melt a little.
