Mozzarella croquettes with tzatziki
Try making a tasty variation on cheese croquettes.
With these mozerella croquettes you can make tasty croquettes and it is still very easy to prepare!
Ingredients for Mozzarella croquettes with tzatziki:
serves 4:
2 egg white
14 oz - 400 g mozzarella Cucina
3½ oz - 100 g flour
5½ - 150 g breadcrumbs
Pepper and salt

½ cucumber
1 cup - 250 g Greek full fat yogurt
1 bunch of dill
2 cloves of garlic

How to make Mozzarella croquettes with tzatziki:
Cut the mozzarella block into 30 sticks; season them with salt and pepper. Put them in the flour, shake them, then put them through the beaten egg whites and finally through the breadcrumbs. Let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Grate the cucumber with the coarse grid of the grater, season with salt and let drain in a sieve for 20 minutes. Squeeze it a little and add the yogurt, along with a good half of the chopped dill, the crushed cloves of garlic, salt and pepper.
Fry the croquettes in the deep fryer until golden brown at 180 ° C. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
Divide the tzatziki over glasses, add the croquettes, finish with dill and serve.
Tip: do not bake too many croquettes at the same time, this will prevent the temperature of the oil from suddenly dropping and the result being less crispy.
