Pan con tomate
If you have ever been to Spain, you must have eaten it pan con tomate. So simple: a piece of toasted bread, ripe tomatoes, a little garlic and good olive oil. You never get it as good at home as during a tapas evening on vacation. But now it is!
Ingredients for Pan con tomate:
serves 4-6:
1 ciabatta
2 coeur de boeuf tomatoes
olive oil
1 clove of garlic
How to make Pan con tomate:
Cut the bread into bruschettas and brush with olive oil.
Roast the buns in the oven for 5 minutes.
Cut 2 coeur de boeuf tomatoes in half and grate the flesh side to a pulp.
Season the pulp with salt and olive oil.
Remove the buns from the oven and brush them with a clove of garlic.
Cover the sandwiches with tomato pulp.
